RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

You may return or exchange your purchase, subject to the following terms:

 

· Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of purchased received, for refund or exchange. exchange. No refunds unless required by law. This includes faulty goods received and incorrect product received.

· Returns only accepted with proof of purchase.

 

Unless the return is required by law:

 

• Items must be in original condition & packaging, unopened and must not have been worn, used, altered or cleaned.

• All packaging shipped with your order must be returned.

 

Gualterio Fight Gear does not refund international prepaid tax and duties paid at the time of checkout should you wish to return an item. Contact your local customs office to obtain your tax refund.

 

We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items or incorrect product received.

 

This policy does not cover any damage caused by the use of the items.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS

 

Please email us at support@gualteriofightgear.com.au before sending any items back.

Returns will not be excepted if items are sent back without email confirmation.

 

In conjunction with the above, returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of purchased received. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted.

 

We would recommend using a traceable method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to our return address.

 

This policy does not cover any damage caused by the use of the items.

 

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIMES

 

Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping cost and return shipping cost) directly to the original method of payment used for purchase. You will receive email notification once your return is processed, this will occur within 14-21 working days of receiving your return.

 

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted with proof of purchase on items within 14 days from the date of purchased received. Items returned outside their respective period will not be accepted.
